Maneki lies in the heart of Rivo's platform, and its token fuels the whole ecosystem of products.

Token Utilities:

1. Subscription & Fee Reductions: Holding MANEKI grants access to the premium subscription and reduced transaction fees across the platform.

2. Voting Rewards & Incentives: Voting for the listing of new DeFi strategies rewards holders with a share of swap fees, boosted yields on assets tied to the voted protocols, and exclusive token airdrops from those protocols.

3. Points Program Boosts & Access: Holding MANEKI provides users with boosted rewards in the Points Program, akin to staking mechanics. It also unlocks exclusive platform features and early access to campaigns.

4. Buyback & LP Mechanism: Revenue generated by the platform will be partially directed toward buybacks and liquidity provisioning of $MANEKI on Aerodrome CLM. This includes:

Maneki’s revenue streams:

• Transaction fee revenue through managing the wallet through Maneki (up to 0.5% per swap).

• Vaults’ management fee. Maneki will be the curator of vaults on Reserve and Morpho protocols, meaning that she will generate management fees and will have its own vault’s lineup.

• Agent trading activity fees. Through entering the space of agent-to-agent frameworks, Maneki can be hired by other agents to build the yield streams for the wallets of agents.

These revenue streams are strategically utilized to support token value and enhance liquidity depth over time, while providing business stability that is not related on the token performance.
